Our favorite part about the complex is the pool area. It has a resort style feel and it definitely gives luxury & the gym is really nice.

My wife and I agree 100% when I say We have the most amazing view, an incredible pool area along with a jacuzzi and a fire pit.. this complex has the most helpful maintenance men and office people. The security is impeccable always on time and very useful. We love Waverly Terrance it’s a place we call home

It is a great place to live, beside the awesome amenities - resort style pool, gym and club house - it is located in a great area, 2 major grocery stores, and a bunch of other restaurants that are walking distance. Prices are according the current standards, and the Management Team are always there to help you. Definitely recommend it.
